The Cataldi Crown NFT is a CIP-68, utility, LORE COIN; commemorating a supply of gold coins (crowns) conceived by King Cataldi of The Ape Society and held in private reserve for a future time when a destabilization of currency or civilization might require another dependable form of exchange. Over time, King Cataldi has gifted some of the crowns to various families within the Ape Society. A band of pirate apes has stolen some of the crowns from King Cataldi's privateer trade ship, 'Queen of the Seas.' Pirates have sworn an oath to track down and mutilate every last Cataldi Crown.
